The Sacramento Artistic Swim Team, also known as SAS, was established in 1985 with 14 founding members coached by nationally ranked swimmers.

Formerly known as Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team, we started swimming at Arden Hills Club (shown above) almost 35 years ago, and over the past three decades, has built a legacy of top flight athletic training, shaping local girls into national athletes.

We are a year-round, competitive synchronized swimming program that competes nationally, and are proud to be the homegrown team of the Sacramento region, representing Sac around the country, year round. We are a California non-profit and 501(c)(3) organization.
